DIRECTIONS: Leadership activities are vital to prepare students for the world of work.  You must earn leadership points in each technology class.  During this semester you must be sure to obtain any necessary signatures on this form and attach any required papers.  You must have your teacher or appropriate supervisor sign this sheet the day you accomplish something.  An activity may be repeated as long as there is an empty space for a signature.
