DIRECTIONS: Leadership activities are vital to prepare students
for the world of work. You must earn
leadership points in each technology class.
During this semester you must be sure to obtain any necessary
signatures on this form and attach any required papers. You must have your teacher or appropriate
supervisor sign this sheet the day you accomplish something. An activity may be repeated as long as
there is an empty space for a signature. |
