Please read the Safety First (guideline) before completing this sheet. You must correctly answer all of the questions below before you will be allowed to work in the lab.

1) Make a list of possible work hazards in our lab environment.

10) Who should be contacted in the event of an accident?

 

11) List two web sites that have specific safety guidelines that protect workers in the workplace.

 

12) In the PC lab environment, you notice a student taunting another student with a hot glue gun. It is the first time this has happened. What course of action do you take? Do nothing, ask the student to stop, or report this safety violation to the teacher? Explain your answer.
