Do not pay for financial aid!

Applying for financial aid on time is EXTREMELY important. You may not be considered for all financial aid programs if you miss the FAFSA priority funding deadline. Why do a FAFSA application if you don’t qualify?
FAFSA is also used when applying for scholarships, grants, work-study, student employment or student loans. The FAFSA priority funding deadline is generally the date by which the school must receive your FAFSA data from the Federal Processor. Submitting the FAFSA as soon after January 1st as possible and NO LATER than 1 month before the deadline for your school to ensure you meet the deadline.
