Fri., May 16 Class Elections and Spring Sports Assembly
STUDENTS:
This past weekend
at the first annual Imagine Tomorrow competition sponsored by WSU, the team of Shruthi Baskaran, Sam Henager, Ittai Orr,
and Catherine Schweppe won third
place for their entry titled the Evergreen Transportation Initiative. The
prize earned the team $1500 to split
and $1500 for the school. This
competition asks students to come up with innovative ideas to help improve the
quality of our natural environment that we take for granted every day. If you see these people around campus please
congratulate them for their hard work and accomplishments.
Congratulations to Emilee Trost and Emily
Valerio for making it to regional’s in 3A girl’s golf. They will be
competing for a spot at state Monday, May 12th, at
Seniors: Remember to stop
by the counseling office and request your
final transcript. Colleges will need
them to enroll and the counseling office is NOT open during the summer.
Make sure to do it NOW before
you graduate.
Seniors! We are putting
together a slideshow for the Senior
Awards Night. We need a picture of
every senior! Individual or group shots
will be great. There will be a box
for pictures at the front desk.
Hey Seniors! There will be a baby picture contest (who’s who,
cutest, etc.) at the All Night Party.
There will be prizes for everyone who submits their picture. Leave your picture in the box in the
activities office. Please put your name
and phone number on the back so the photo can be returned. (8 x 10 or smaller, please). Questions?

The Computer Competency Assessment is being offered at
Girl’s soccer team
information night will be May 14, Wednesday, at 6:45pm in the KeHS library. All current and interested players, including
incoming freshman, are encouraged to attend this information night to discuss
the 2008 fall soccer season and activities for summer 2008.
The
KGH Annual Sports Physical Fair is Saturday, May 17 from 8-11 am.
Cost is only $5. Please have your physical form completed and signed by a
parent before your exam.
Senior Graduation Party tickets are on sale in the library. Tickets are $20 each. The first 100 seniors who buy a ticket
qualify to participate in a special “CASH” drawing the night of the party.
Summer School registration forms are now in the
Counseling Office.
